This Superfood workshop is live and interactive taught over an evening 6.00pm – 8.00pm.

This class can be taken by anyone but is a lovely follow on from the Nutrition & Healthy Eating Programme.  Superfoods are amazing sources of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, essential fatty acids and amino acids perfect for maintenance of health that are all natural sources grown from nature.   This class is interactive and will involve live demonstrations.  Some the superfoods we will cover include:  Cacao, hemp, seaweed, gogi berry, bee pollen and spirulina.

Lynsey works in the field of natural health and wellness.  She is a nutrition and health coach, herbalist, beauty and holistic therapist and previous nurse.
