This is a live online course, taught over 4 evenings. 6.00pm – 8.00pm
This programme will give you knowledge of whole food nutrition and how to incorporate this into your diet. Throughout this course we will set healthy goals for you to make positive changes into your diet to improve your overall wellness. This is a holistic lifestyle approach and involves nutritional coaching and positive change.
N.B This does not involve a strict nutritional regime and is not a cooking class. No experience required. All welcome.
