Nutrition Superfood Consultation



Superfoods are amazing sources of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, essential fatty acids and amino acids perfect for maintenance of health that are all natural sources grown from nature.  Some the superfoods we will cover include:  Cacao, hemp, seaweed, gogi berry, bee pollen, blueberry powder, maca, açai berry, reishi, chaga and spirulina.

This consultation is interactive online and will give advice on how to add superfoods into your daily diet, what they do and how much to take and where to purchase them from and may involve live demonstrations.  Group workshops also available.
